Impact of Pupil Premium Grant – End of Key Stage Results

Year 1 Phonics Screening Test

The average score for this group of pupils was 37, which was above the national expectation of 34 and in line with their peers who were not eligible. All Year 1 pupils eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant at Grove Park achieved the expected standard in the test.

Key Stage 1: % of Disadvantaged Pupils Achieving Greater Depth

There were 9 pupils eligible for the Pupil Premium Grant in the Year 2 cohort. The % of pupils in Year 2 achieving greater depth in Maths was 22% which was in line with the national average for non-disadvantaged pupils (23%). The % of pupils in Year 2 achieving greater depth in Writing was 33% which was above the national average for non-disadvantaged pupils (22%).
